What does Rose cost?
Every salon starts on a free trial with all features unlocked and no card. After that you pick a plan by team size — monthly, or yearly for 20% less. Extra stylists beyond your plan limit are billed per head. Prices appear in your local currency and tax is added based on your country.
Can my clients book online?
Yes. Every salon gets its own booking URL, and Rose generates a QR code you can print for the mirror or the till. Clients pick a service, a stylist and a time, and the appointment appears on your calendar with a notification to whoever is taking it.
Can I take payment inside the app?
The POS handles services and retail products on one ticket. Apply a discount code, add tax — included in the price or on top — take a tip, and settle by cash, card or mobile payment. Closing the ticket marks the appointment as paid.
Does my team get their own accounts?
Yes. Add each stylist with their own login, working schedule, blocked periods and the services they perform. Permissions decide what they see, so a stylist can run their own column without opening your revenue reports.
Which languages and currencies does it support?
The app ships in English, French, Arabic, German and Italian, with full right-to-left layout for Arabic. Currency, date format and time format are set per salon in Settings.
Which phones does it run on?
Native apps for iOS and Android. You can lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint so nobody picks up the phone at the desk and reads your numbers.
Can I get my data out?
Any report — revenue, appointments, customers, staff performance, transactions — exports as PDF, CSV, JSON or HTML for whatever date range you choose. Subscriptions are cancelled from Billing and you keep access until the period ends.
The chair is booked. The books are done.
Setup takes a few minutes — salon name, services, hours, team. You leave with a booking link and a QR code the same day.
